If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone, email, court date and message you choose to send. The site's host keeps routine logs, such as pages visited and browser type.

How it's used

Only to call or write back about your inquiry, and to check for conflicts of interest before taking a case. It's never sold or used for advertising.

Who sees it

Isaac Boateng, and the services that run the website and email, only so they can do that. We'll disclose information if the law or a court requires it.

How long it's kept

Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as the professional rules require.
